Crusher & Conveyor Wear Parts — Liners, Hammers, Wear Strips & Teeth
Crusher liners, hammers, conveyor wear strips and bucket teeth in manganese steel and wear-resistant steel, made to your drawing with optional carbide overlay for the highest-wear zones.
Wear parts are the hidden cost of every crushing and conveying line. The parts themselves are cheap relative to the downtime they cause when they fail. That’s why wear part buyers care about two things above all: consistent wear life (predictable replacement cycles) and fit (no rework on the machine).
What We Supply
| Part | Typical material | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Crusher liners / jaw plates | High-manganese steel (Mn13/Mn18) | Work-hardens in service |
| Hammer heads | Manganese or alloy steel + carbide insert | Carbide option for high-wear tips |
| Conveyor wear strips / liners | Wear-resistant steel / UHMW-PE | Metal or polymer per application |
| Bucket teeth & adapters | Alloy steel, heat-treated | Excavator / loader / dredger |
Material Selection: The Key to Wear Life
- High-manganese steel — best for heavy impact (crusher liners, hammers). It work-hardens: the surface gets harder the more it’s hit.
- Wear-resistant alloy steel — best for sliding abrasion (conveyor liners, chutes).
- Carbide overlay / inserts — added to the highest-wear zones where a longer, harder tip is worth the cost.

FAQ
Can you reverse-engineer from a worn part?
Yes. A worn sample is often enough to reverse-spec the geometry and material, then quote a direct replacement.
Which material lasts longer?
It depends on impact vs abrasion. Tell us the application and we’ll recommend — and we can run a field wear comparison if volume justifies it.
Can I get carbide overlay on just the high-wear zone?
Yes — that’s the most cost-effective way to extend life without paying for carbide on the whole part.
Send a drawing or worn sample for a material recommendation and quote.
