Questions buyers ask about cutting picks & wear parts

Will your picks fit my milling machine?

Send us the machine make and model, or simply the OEM part number. We will confirm the shank diameter, seat geometry and holder type before quoting — and we will tell you honestly if we do not have a match.

How do I know the wear life before I commit?

Agree a trial quantity and compare wear against your current consumption under the same working conditions. Include the required carbide grade and hardness specification in the trial plan.

Why do picks fail early?

Most premature failure is not the pick — it is worn holders that stop the pick rotating, so it wears flat on one side. Check holder condition before switching pick supplier; we supply both.

Can you ship mixed sizes in one container?

List the sizes, product lines and quantities you need in one shipment. Packing compatibility, current availability and dispatch timing are confirmed in the quotation.
