Questions buyers ask about custom plastic parts

Who owns the injection mould?
Mould ownership, identification, storage, maintenance and transfer arrangements are stated in the tooling quotation. Please confirm these terms before commissioning a mould.
Can you match a colour or material grade we already use?
Yes. Send a sample or the material data sheet and we will match colour to RAL / Pantone and confirm an equivalent or better grade in writing before tooling.
Do you offer food grade or flame retardant materials?
Please specify the food-contact or flame-retardant standard your application requires. Material grade, supporting declarations and availability are confirmed before tooling.
Is there a cheaper alternative to injection moulding for my volume?
For low volumes, CNC machining from solid can reduce tooling costs. Send the drawing and order quantity so machining and injection moulding can be compared for your project.
