What we make in this category

Closed Die Forgings

闭式模锻件

Near-net-shape parts with tight dimensional repeatability — the standard choice for medium to high volume structural components.

Typical parts
  • Gear blanks
  • Connecting rods
  • Forks & yokes
  • Levers
WeightConfirmed against the drawing
Toleranceper DIN / ISO forging grade
ToolingDie design and manufacture by agreement

Open Die / Free Forgings

自由锻件

Large, low-volume parts where tooling cost is not justified. Ideal for shafts, rings, discs and blocks.

Typical parts
  • Large shafts
  • Rolls
  • Blocks & discs
  • Press platens
WeightConfirmed against the drawing
VolumeLow volume / one-off
ToolingNo dedicated die needed

Cold Forging & Cold Extrusion

冷锻 / 冷挤压件

High dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish with minimal machining allowance.

Typical parts
  • Fastener blanks
  • Sleeves
  • Gear preforms
  • Precision pins
Tolerance±0.05 – 0.2 mm; drawing dependent
SurfaceNear-machined quality
BenefitLess material waste

Ring Forgings & Rolled Rings

环锻件 / 辗环件

Seamless rings with grain flow oriented to the service load — the standard for bearings, gears and flanges.

Typical parts
  • Bearing rings
  • Gear rings
  • Flange rings
  • Slewing rings
OD rangeConfirmed against the drawing
BenefitSeamless, no weld
TestingUT per agreed standard

Forged Shafts, Gears & Gear Blanks

锻造轴类 / 齿轮 / 齿坯

Forged blanks rough or finish machined, heat treated and tested to your mechanical specification.

Typical parts
  • Transmission shafts
  • Gear blanks
  • Pinions
  • Spline shafts
Material20CrMnTi / 8620, 42CrMo / 4140

Forged Flanges, Fittings & Rigging

锻造法兰 / 管件 / 索具

Pressure-containing and lifting components require the material documentation and traceability specified for the application.

Typical parts
  • Weld neck flanges
  • Lifting hooks
  • Shackles
  • Turnbuckles

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about forgings

Who owns the forging die?
Tooling ownership, storage, maintenance and transfer arrangements are stated in the tooling quotation. Please confirm these terms before commissioning a die.
What is the die life and who pays for replacement?
Die life depends on the geometry, material and production conditions. The expected service life and responsibility for wear replacement are agreed in the tooling quotation.
Can you supply EN 10204 3.2 certificates?
Please specify EN 10204 3.2 and any required inspection body in your enquiry. Availability, witnessing arrangements and documentation are confirmed for the project before ordering.
Forging or casting — which should I use?
If the part sees impact, shock or fatigue load, forging. If it is a complex shape under static load where tooling cost matters, casting. Send us the drawing and load case and we will recommend one — including a cheaper option if it exists.
