Machined & Finished Castings — Cast-to-Print Delivery
The casting is only half the job. We take the part from molten metal to a finished, inspected component — machining, heat treatment and surface finishing all under one roof, so you have one supplier and one point of responsibility.
One Supplier, Cast-to-Print
Splitting casting and machining between two vendors creates a hand-off risk: when a dimension is out, each side blames the other. By keeping the foundry and the machine shop together, we own the whole tolerance chain and deliver parts that are ready to fit.
| Service | What we do |
|---|---|
| Casting | Sand, investment, die, lost foam or centrifugal — chosen for your part |
| CNC machining | Milling, turning, drilling, tapping, boring to drawing tolerance |
| Heat treatment | Normalising, annealing, quenching & tempering, induction hardening |
| Surface finishing | Shot blasting, painting, powder coating, plating, anodising |
| Inspection | Dimensional report, material certificate, NDT as specified |
Why Buy Finished Rather Than Raw
- Faster to assembly — the part arrives ready to use
- Fewer suppliers to manage — one quote, one schedule, one invoice
- Clear responsibility — no finger-pointing when a dimension is off
- Lower freight — you ship finished parts, not raw castings plus a machining job
Inspection & Documents
- Full dimensional report against your drawing
- Material certificate (spectrometry)
- NDT (X-ray, UT, MT) as specified
- Surface finish and hardness records
Lead Time & MOQ
- Sample: 25–35 天
- Production: 30–50 天
- MOQ: 10–100 pcs, confirmed per part
FAQ
Do I need to give you both a casting drawing and a machining drawing?
One machining drawing is enough — we derive the casting allowances. If you only have a raw casting drawing, send that and we will quote the full cast-to-print scope.
What if I already have a foundry?
You can send us your raw castings and we will machine and finish them. But most customers find a single cast-to-print supplier cheaper and less risky overall.
Which casting process will you use?
We choose sand, investment, die, lost foam or centrifugal based on your geometry, volume and budget — and we explain the choice in the quote.
Send your drawing, quantity and target delivery date.
