Enquiries are stored in this website’s WordPress database and are available to authorized site administrators. The site may send an enquiry notification and acknowledgement by email. Drawings are not included in those emails; where upload is available, the file is stored encrypted and requires administrator access to download.
Confidential and restricted information
Request a confidentiality agreement before sending confidential technical files if one is required. Do not submit export-controlled, classified or unrelated sensitive personal information through this form.
Requesting access or deletion
Use the enquiry form with the subject in your message to request access, correction or deletion of an earlier enquiry. Include its reference number when available. Records needed for an active project, legal obligations or dispute resolution may need to be retained.
